Holiday Edit: Out in the country

Busy working weeks call for days off somewhere far from all the technology and city smoke. We just got back from Hunter Valley, which is a wine region 2 hours out of Sydney, and I though I will share with you a few tips on how to best spend a view days in the country.
Although, there is almost no asphalt, I still prefer to wear a little heel and dress elegantly. This is my sort of a holiday:) Lots of driving around beautiful wineries, organically grown food at local restaurants and a complete switch off in the hot spa bath with a new book.

My usual packing is quite minimal. I take one/two pairs of shoes. This time time I had my new Everlane pumps in mustard colour, one Black Mono Purse from our range, that I love wearing with a Wide Cotton Strap, very basic cosmetics, like a hand cream by Aesop as well as a few testers that I get in their shop and always have for my getaways, my new book Ikigai by Hector Garcia and Francesc Miralles, my husband's shirt ( you can get the same from shops Country Road or any other that have a good cotton range), wide shorts ( so comfy and yet, always elegant), and of course a cashmere scarf as it can get quite chilly closer to the evening.
We stayed at a beautiful guesthouse by Spicers, which I highly recommend, and have eaten in so many places, so if you are interested, comment below and I will give you more details.
Have a great week ahead and don't forget to always recharge.
